About Us
At Espinoza's Tile Install, everything comes down to quality, precision, and doing the job right. The business is led by Jesse Espinoza, a master tile installer with over 20 years of hands-on experience.
Jesse got his start in tile in 2000, spending years in the union in Northern California where he earned his certifications and perfected his craft. After relocating his family to San Antonio, he worked on high-end, multi-million-dollar homes — and saw firsthand how often the work was being done wrong. Waterproofing skipped. Floors not properly prepared. Homeowners left with problems they didn't even know were coming.
That's what led Jesse to open his own company. At Espinoza's, he personally handles every installation — showers, flooring, backsplashes, fireplaces, and patios. When Jesse is on the job, you can trust the tile will be done correctly, professionally, and built to last.

In-Person Estimate
We schedule an on-site visit to finalize the quote, discuss your design preferences, outline the project timeline, and pair you with our trusted product vendors. This ensures every detail is considered and your project is customized to your needs.
At Espinoza’s Tile Install, we provide personalized, professional tile installation with a focus on quality and precision. As a small, dedicated team, you’ll work directly with Jesse, our expert installer, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standards.
Surface Preparation
Before any tile goes down, Jesse properly prepares every surface — cleaning, leveling, and stabilizing the substrate to ensure the installation holds up for years without cracking or shifting.
We stand behind our work with a 2-year warranty on every installation.

Professional Waterproofing
For showers and wet areas, Jesse installs a 100% waterproofing system and performs a 24-hour flood test on every shower pan — guaranteeing your home is fully protected against leaks and moisture damage before a single tile goes down.
